I bring my kids to neighbourhood barber shop, $6 per cut. She use both scissor and clipper. Think you can always request the person to use scissor. I thought they are trained to use scissor to cut hair and the clipper is just used to finish up?

Wow, only $6? that's reasonable for a kids haircut! and she also scissors, can share me where is this place? thanks in advance.

It's the block behind Chinatown Point. Dunno if it's too far for you. The block of flats, the ground and first floor has shops. The barber is on the first floor, there are a couple of barber shop there, ours is the less hip one, I can't remember the name, but the colour of the signage I think is like purple.

Ever heard of Snip Avenue? They only charge $3.80 for hair cut. But often very crowded so try to avoid weekend or peak period. They use scissors to cut my sonโ€™s hair, only use clipper for thinning. Iโ€™m sure they can cut without clipper if requested.

Thanks for sharing with me, I will try them out if I happened to be nearby the salon.

Mummies, anymore to share so that I have more choices?

Wow so cheap, even for adults?

I used to bring my kids to snip ave and they charged $2.40 each! Even for adults. But I never dared to try their $2.40 haircut on my own hair...

And I noticed they r quite professional. Now, I always do my hair cut there also. So far so good ๐Ÿ™‚

years ago, my little nephew got a bowl haircut too which he liked very much.

looked like the beetles in the 60โ€™s/70โ€™s.

school did a double take and off to the barber he went that very day.

too short a notice so didnt no photo. but it was cute on him.
