Anyone spotted anything new in this new upgrade?

Under my "User Control Panel", there’s this sentence that says "Pop up window on new private message" and I have it checked as "Yes", but I am wondering how come it is not functioning? Not turned on across the board? That would be really useful in notifying us of new PMs. -
if login from main home page, there is a pop up screem for user ID and password and login is no problem
if at the discussion thread without login first - then click reply post and then there is a login screen – login from here is always unsuccessful and its says log in too many times
why ah ? -

i realise with this new format, whenever i click a link, a new window DOESN’T pop out, instead it ‘replaces’ this forum. anybody knows how i can format this function.

You mean previously there was email alert for new PMs? :? I didn't know about that! :? -

the new forum looks nicer but the layout , i believe, is still quite outdated bah. this layout is actually the phpBB v2 default layout. i can’t seem to login from my phone using opera mini 6 though. it logs me in but keeps saying i’m not logged in on the forum, but its fine everywhere else.
