      Hi Tankee

i been looking for agent to rent out my place.. but becoz its at bukit panjang area so quite woo-lu nobody keen to take up and also the agent push down the price a lot, ask me to rent out my EA for $1200 to 3 group of families, of coz i dont want!

      $1200 to 3 group of families  :!: 😓

      change agent asap

The 3 groups all vying for popular schools in Bukit Panjang is it? 😉
Then again, if all 3 groups use the same address to register in the same school in the same year, is it legal? will it get any one of them/you into trouble? hm... :?

I also just heard that TNS will be moving out of its current premise to cater to upgrading for single session. 😢 I am staying so near to TNS and so sian that the kids gotta take school bus!!!!

I spoke to TNS about relocation today...they said that they are not even planning on it yet. And they will inform parents well in advance.

MOE’s master plan is to have all primary school to go single session by 2016.

TNS is already partial single session (with Pr 3 to 6 in morning session, and only pr 1 & 2 in afternoon). Perhaps they may choose to upgrade premise or gradually reduce in take. No plans yet.

Hello to all mummies and daddies,

hv you heard of Xin Ann Hui Kwan (the Heng Hua Clan)?
My hb is a Henghua (his dialect), and his dad was an old boy of Hong Wen School.
This school, being very near to my PIL’s place, is our 1st choice for our girl, who is 3yo this yr.
My hb had recently became a member.
Any of u also a member, and is admission via phase 2B smooth sail?

All schools will be balloting … looks like SHHK very generous with recommendation this year

hello, any idea on the breakdown between those that do not need balloting and those that need?

                      hi Tankee

I think SHHK rather be generous with their recommedation letters rather than be bombarded by phone calls from members asking why they didnt get the letter.

....and thus shift the responsibility of dealing with irate parents (including those that did PV and maybe now not getting a place) from themselves to the schools instead.
