I registered for PV at GongShang Primary in Jan but have not hear anything from them. I called up to check and they said they’ll response end May. Is it norm? Anyone doing or hv done PV with GS? Can share your experience?

Hi Onion Chief,
Hi Luanee
I see your nick very often in RGPS related treads and other forums
U r very helpful to others! They said to expect a reply in a month's time and as I said previously in this thread, they are very professional in the way they handle the process. I got a letter last week stating their acceptance. Relieved because I didn't articulate my points well during the interview. Do you still PV now that your girls are older? I hope the PVG is a supportive and friendly one
Congrats on getting the Pv.
Can I check what are te requirement they are looking for in a Pv?
And what the question they actually interview bout?
Thanks!!! -
HI
I really don't know what the requirements are. I am just lucky to be selected but I must humbly admit I am not the expert:) I mentioned earlier in the thread, they ask what you n ur hb can contribute. The interview took ard 10 mins n we took turns to speak
. Look at the PV thread. Some others have contributed their PV experience and they are useful as well. All the best to you! -

Would anybody share info on the schools’ criteria for picking a PV? Education qualifications? Age? Job? Or will somebody stand a better chance if he/she is well-educated, and is now semi-retired, meaning having lots of time on their hands?
-
different schools use different criteria. the schools have full autonomy in deciding how many and the selection process and how to pick.

very much depends on the needs of the school for that particular year, as needs do change even for the same school -
I signed up pv for rosyth pri and got a call from them for an interview. Does that means I am accepted to the pv program?
Can somebody share their experiences and what are they going to ask? -

Hi all,
Was filling up the HPPS PV form and there was a box that states"I’m applying PV for other schools also"
I find that weird but if i am truthful, will it affect my chances of getting in?
