Have anyone heard about the latest news? The whole ICT dept in the school is "crashed". The whole team resigned! Wonder what is wrong internally that the staffs made such decisions. The team did a lot for the school, with the latest " glamour n collection" Future School, added to the "glory". Seems that every year, there is at least one experienced teacher or leader from the middle management leaves. Mr Jason Tan, Mr Jeremy Lee, Mr Chew Kian Beng, Ms Ng Kah Ghee etc… Now that the team resigned, what’s going to happen to the ICT program? Not forgetting the teaching part. What’s the existing quality of the teachers? Really puzzled.

Seems that rumor about the P is true…whatever is the case, hope the children’s learning will not be affected.

I am not aware of ICT staff group designation and the rumour, but I do sense the morale level of teaching staff is low. My son's form teacher actually told the whole class to email to Principal instead of her! Can you believe it? She must be very frustrated and angry with the P that she vented her anger on the poor P1 students.

I ever worked in a primary school before and made a conclusion, that usually, when a P has pupils’ interests at heart, the staff is usually at the losing end. Eg: a teacher wants to take urgent leave to bring son/daughter to see doctor. P will not approve, saying that who will then look after the class of 30/40 students.

I have colleagues whose children are in upper pri of NCPS. They have good things to say about the P. The P is really making an effort to improve the school grades etc, so may in the process, make demands on the staff.

Nothing wrong or right, but just want to share a different view regarding the P.

The P joined NCPS only 2-3 yrs ago rt?

So maybe the old birds can’t get used to his mgt style?
Happened in DS1’s PCF too when there is a new P.
            The poor kids suffered lor…
