May I know which teacher yr DD in? I'm staying at Redhill area & do not mind travelling up if the Berrries (Woodlands) is good. My DD born in 2006 but consider as 2 yr ++ but not yet reach 3 years of age. Yr 2006 gal born in which month?

Would still look around see what other chinese enrichment centres is good.

Redhill to Woodlands quite far leh..

DD1 is having Li lao shi and DD2 is having Ling Lao Shi. DD2 born in May.. I had not intended for DD2 to join just let her go for fun since jie2 was there for trial.. but DD2 got so interested with the class and liked the teacher so much that she insisted she wanted in to.. err.. but lately she has been asking not to go and wanna just stay home with DH and me.. hope it is just a passing phase..

I suggest you signup for the trial ($15) and let your DD give it a try.. :celebrate:

Oh Berries allow for trial at $15? Ya far from Redhill to Woodlands but ok lah since quite many people said Berries is good at Woodlands. I would drive like an F1 or take MRT jalan jalan loh! Mine born in Oct so don't know would it be too young!

I just started both my kids at Tien Hsia at Jurong Point. DD 6yrs old going P1 next year and DS 4yrs old. Chose Tien Hsia cos niece has been with Tien Hsia since she was in K1 and now she is in P5 doing higher chinese. From the time where she refuse to speak a single word of mandarin to now where she is consistantly scoring above 90 for all chinese exams so I guess they must be doing something right.

So far, from the stuff that the kids bring home, I would say, DS is ahead of the Tien Hsia class. I think DD is also ahead of the Tien Hsia class due to her childcare curriculum. But I am ok with it cos my objective for both of them now is to expose more to the language since both DH and my Chinese CMI.

Wow quite difficult for me as I'm working parents. Maybe I would try weekend slot at least not so rush. How about the Orchard outlet, have you heard of any good teachers over there?

Tien Hsia ?? Seem like Berries is better than Tien Hsia? Maybe I need to go each of them trial trail then have a final verdict.
