Iām under phase 2b 1-2km for tao nan and phase 2a2 for nan hua. How? Should i take a chance with tao nan which is nearer or go for a sure thing? Those experienced parents out there can advise if 20-25 min travelling via car to clementi via ecp is too tiring for primary school?

Nan Hua is far. You need to factor in rush hour traffic.
but to give up a sure thing and bet on 1 that you may not even stand a chance to ballot is not wise. -

When is your child due for registration? If it is this July, it will be very rush to hunt for a house now......

As a member of SHHK, you will fall in the same phase as those in PVs.i have SHHK membership

Circumstances every year is different. Hence, the number of letters issued by SHHK differ yearly. Generally, the longer you are a member, and the more active you are in the clan, the better. However, there are people who were SHHK members for only one year and yet managed to obtain the recommendation letter from the clan.
How long have you been a SHHK member?marcusong:
The standard advice given here is: secure a seat at Nan Hua in P2A first and monitor the situation in Tao Nan. If you think you have a good chance of getting your child into Tao Nan and would like to take the risk, withdraw your application from Nan Hua during P2B and register with Tao Nan.or go Nan Hua Pri? since i use to be a student there?
clementi v far....
BTW, can you please give a brief self-intro in the Newbies thread? It's a SOP in KSP.com.
