I am also interested in hearing feedback from parents with kids in townsville pri as it is near my in-law's place and they are helping to take care of the kids.

I understand that there is no balloting for this school so is there a need for me to go to mOE and do the stat. declaration as I am staying in sengkang and using my in-law's address.

Hey, our situation is very similar! I'm currently staying in SK too and looking at Townsville since it's near my inlaws' place. 🙂 Last year, Townsville had pretty good PSLE results so in case the number of registrants increase, I think it's still safer to make a statutory declaration so that we are under the 1-2km category.

Hi, an a newbie in this thread. . Only came to know abt hsi former thru 1 of my colleague after i go thru the P1 registration. I was the ex student in this school since 20yrs ago. Nnot too sure how the school is right now, didnt wan to take the risk to go thru balloting thus enrolled him into Phase 2a2

Beside the usual reviews stated below for Jing Shan Pri Sch, is there any more reviews?

          - will lump all lower standard students together so students no motivation
          - day care on premises
          - focus on physical & aesthetics(?) growth

          Pls advise. Thanks

                Hi oncogene

No, that is not the correct. You need to bring one of your parents(preferable the caregiver) to MOE to make a Statutory declaration.

You could refer to this link for more info. It must be done before registration. http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/primary-one-registration/#statutory-declaration

Parents who have registered at Anderson will probably be concerned by now ... :stupid:
