I don't want to see or ended up an exodus of good teachers from NCPS. Instead of guessing and hearing from 3rd party, why not let MOE find out and let us know the truth. Any comments? -
I do agree with TimTim.
But having say that, let’s ask the teacher in this thursday meeting. So far, i haven’t hear my girl nor boy comes back to say that their teachers have been changed. -

Current teachers may not want to comment in case words get around and P knows it's from them. Problems may appear in other subtle ways like teachers getting bad temper, frustrations and they vented it on students. This is not good for themselves, students and parents, and communications between parents and teachers will fail. I can sense it in my own case. So it still may not solve the root problem by just asking teachers. If we have strong case, think engaging MOE is still the best option.I do agree with TimTim.

Let’s create a list.
From Wintersoul15, we have
Name
Mr Ren,
Mr Kelvin Wong ,
Mr Gene Lim,
Ms Linda
Do anyone happen to know when they left? Any more teachers having the intent to quit?
This will help us to understand the severity of the problem. -
wow so serious… my DD haven even get in…

I can only find Kelvin Wong in their staff list. The rest of the teachers, I dont know them.

With due respect to all the parents on this thread, perhaps it would be better to address the issue of the teachers leaving directly with the school. Might be a good idea to take the chance for MTP to see if you can speak with the P or VP. Creating a list of teachers who leave the school here can be quite unsettling, not only for current parents, but also for prospective parents. Neither will it bode well for the school, or for good teachers who may be looking for transfers to NCPS.
High attrition rate could be due to better job prospects in private sector, transfers due to personal reasons, mid-career switch, etc… That having said, I need to qualify that I am not a staff of the school, but a parent as well.
Objectively speaking, if the school is in the process of implementing changes for the betterment of the pupils and the school, it is natural that people will leave, just like in the private sector. I see this as a transition period, and choose to believe that the best will stay behind in helping to take the school and pupils to the next higher level. -
Sorry that I have overlooked on the sensitivity of this matter. I will discuss our concerns to the P or VP this week.
