Hi, my daugther got 10 points and after deducting bonus, its 6 points nett.

How does one choose to maximize her chance to get into the JC of her choice (eg NJC but cut off is 5 points) or shall she put ACJC (cut off 7 points) so that she can secure ACJC but appeal for NJC?

        Thanks in advance

Is practically zero chance to enter NJC base on her nett score. You have to place ACJC as her top choice.

My girl JC2 next year. Weak in GP, any good center to recommend. Is Aspire Hub a good center ?

GP very important for Uni admission.

Popular courses like Business and Accountancy in NUS and NTU will favor those with good GP grades

There is no such thing as science or arts stream now. The only thing limiting your subject combination is the fact that you need a contrasting subject.

                  I dunno the national percentage.
But it ranges from 8x% from top JCs to 4x - 50% for tier 3 JCs.
Maybe it will be more useful for you to get the figures from your current JC.
You may also want to check the Indicative Grade Profile for the 3 local unis so you have a better idea of your chances. šŸ˜„

You can get them from Popular Bookstore. They are published by Dyna (I think).
