      I went to my DD1 sch and they gv me a booklet that stated all the P1 Registration date. So which sch u r aiming? In P2B also?

        No P2B for any schools 😞

        Just P2C , hmm maybe the booklet is in DD1 bag *runs to check*

          Can I chk if health booklet is sufficient on verification on vaccination or do we need official vaccination cert for P1 registration? I didn’t request from hospital at that time

              Yes, as long as your doctor/pd has faithfully updated the vaccinations. Ds1's was a bit koyak so my pd gave me a piece of paper listing out the vaccinations and dates and put his chop...that one also can.

                health booklet will be sufficient in a sense to show the sch ur child has completed all neccessary required vaccaination. but i still request the official cert. kiasu mah. πŸ˜‰

                its free anyway. πŸ˜„

                  Just print the cert direct from the website... forgot the url... mentioned in the forum before... any1 remember?

                        Maybe when it's nearer end of the sch term? Today or Tomorrow?
                        Cos' my dd's PCF got no sch for tomorrow liao...
                        Or yours is private sch... so have to wait? πŸ˜›

                        Basically the booklet has all the guidelines for Pri1 registration thingy... nothing new from what's already discussed here...
                        Looks expensive with full colour on good quality paper... wonder who's idea? Not very eco-friendly.... πŸ˜›
