Can I chk if health booklet is sufficient on verification on vaccination or do we need official vaccination cert for P1 registration? I didn’t request from hospital at that time

Yes, as long as your doctor/pd has faithfully updated the vaccinations. Ds1's was a bit koyak so my pd gave me a piece of paper listing out the vaccinations and dates and put his chop...that one also can.

health booklet will be sufficient in a sense to show the sch ur child has completed all neccessary required vaccaination. but i still request the official cert. kiasu mah.

Maybe when it's nearer end of the sch term? Today or Tomorrow?
Cos' my dd's PCF got no sch for tomorrow liao...
Or yours is private sch... so have to wait?

Basically the booklet has all the guidelines for Pri1 registration thingy... nothing new from what's already discussed here...
Looks expensive with full colour on good quality paper... wonder who's idea? Not very eco-friendly....
