what you guys think about this??[/quote]I think the national leaders of Singapore has no dignity since the pay is going to be reviewed and also even $4m a year is peanut compared with the Fortune 500 or Forbes listed richest best paid CEO in the world. PM and his minsters' pay should now be pegged to the richest in the world, else who would want to listen to Singapore....imagine you go to attend meeting at the UN, nobody going to 'hew' you....lidat cannot lar, no dignity. Thanks to Lim Wee Kiat for the reminder. He can go repent forever

Denise Phua mentioned in 2007 about ministers' pay, one of the points being that 'we might attract the wrong people.’ Perhaps the time has come to see who are the 'wrong people' the system has attracted.

no paiseh no paiseh, only smaller by 1/6th[/quote]where got! my peanut is median size, still below SGD3,000/month now. but unlike some people, I got no porblem to lim kopi with CEOs from Exxon, Shell, Microsoft. my dignity don't depend on the size of other people peanut. :evil:
