Left to be seen if TCB turns out to be PAP endorsed, though he resigned from PAP this year.
If not, dis could turn out to be an eventful PE.

I thought perhaps Abdullah Tarmugi might run as the PAP endorsed candidate.

I think he should keep quiet. That MP was only voicing his thoughts - he's not part of that committee.

If PM got to come out and talk each time his MPs say things, he'll be very busy. Though privately, I hope he'll tell them to 'tiam tiam a bit'. Don't say so much pp won't think MP is slacking. Why not tell us more about how our water tanks are secured.

That's a possibility if they want to show each race has qualifications to become elected president. Though I rather prefer TCB...but that's me.

Actually I was thinking more of, take some action to secure and tell us that this is now strengthened. For me, diam diam is worse becos it tells me they are not concerned about rest of Singapore outside of woodlands. How many water tanks are they going to replace?

Do you get the feeling that this MP guy may be trying to \"suck up\"/\"apple polish\" his \"bosses\" by saying that ministerial pay should be high so that people will listen to them? He should have kept his mouth SHUT when BIG BRO already apologized, trying to make amends and already commissioned a reputable COMMITTEE to look into the pay matters. Still come out and talk - no cow sense! :razz:
