2011 P1 Registration Exercise for 2012 In-Take

i remembered reading that we need to have photo copies of the birth cert but when i called MOE they said dont need to? :?

Can i go ahead to register my son under P2C for next year 2012 intake at two different school at the same time and later decides which to pull out if i were to get into either one…

You can only register for ONE school at any one time.

Am also getting all nervous for it.. still can't decide if I shld go for Phase 2A(2) or straight to Phase2C.

The standard practice is to go for 2A2 at school A, securing a place for your kid first.

Then monitor the 2C situation of school B closely to gauge your chances. If you decide the risk is worth taking, withdraw from school A (normally done by a parent stationed at school A on last day of 2C registration), then register at school B (done by the other parent stationed at school B).

Do understand that if you fail to get into school B at phase 2C, there is no going back to claim a seat in school A.

Phase2A(2) is for Princess Elizabeth, which requires DS to take bus to sch, plus is not a single-session sch, that is y i m still considering if i shld put him there

Phase2C is for Bukit View Pri, over the past 2 yrs record shows tat balloting only requires for Phase2C supp, so I feel there will still be chances of me getting in base on 1km range, but like wat u said, afraid that i can't get in, den wat nxt..

M now thinking of a 3rd alternative.. lolz.. may juz get him into Lianhua shld the 2 choices above he can't get in..

hi, P2A2 for me at PEPS, also need to take school bus... how far are u staying from PEPS? wow... there is a chance our kids may be classmates??
