I only know that My First Skool is quite new and is under NTUC. Environment ok but not sure about the teachers there.
Good luck

Thanks arrody. i was there yesterday evening to take a look. not good impression though. the staff/teacher was arrogant and i think with her sulky face i doubt kids will like it. she didn;t even bother to stop and look at me to see wht i need. just that kind of \" we are full and do everything else on line; don't bother me!!!\" attitude. and it wasn't even at peak time.

anyway this kind of attitude puts me off; i can imagine when my kid have problems and i need to communicate, with tht kind of mentality it is tough.
just my personal experience. still looking around; very sad tht there are actually not enough schools in the west area- went to 3 and all on long waiting list for 2007 kids.

There's a childcare inside SAFRA Jurong @ The Canopy
quite near to Boon Lay interchange. Nice looking place....
cos its new.
Another is at Jurong East, Town For Kids which has quite an interesting
curriculum. They are the franchisor and founder of the Town For Kids
I.T programme that encompasses music, math and phonics using the
interactive multimedia board.
If you're into Montessori, can also consider Jurong West branch
at the Jurong West Recreation Centre. Should cover the Phonics
till Grammar, plus the Maths is very concrete. So, one wouldn't
require external enrichment programmes if these two are oredi
covered in the centre.
I've met kiddies from some Agape branches, but by K2 they
still couldn't read. Still shaky on even the 3 letter word reading
and formation. So for those keen on Agape, be good to check
their Reading Programme and what will be covered. So when
the kiddies cannot read, they really cannot write. Quite a prob
when they have to read lengthy instructions to know what the
assignment asks for...
Just my few cents worth. -
Hi!
Anyone knows if there is a centre that can babysit during the Jun & Dec Holidays only?
My twins will start Pri 1 next yr. My mom is very kind to take care of them. (Jus for about 3-4 a day). But what will happen during school holidays?
Dun think she can cope with them for a full day. And I don't wish for her to bring them to tuition etc.. So hope to find solution here.

Hi everyone, am new here.
Any recommendations for the CCs around Jurong West Ave 5 and St 71? I was looking at Cherie Hearts @ blk 721. Anyone has any comments on them? -

Hi. Does anyone knows a good childcare centre in Jurong East? My girl has just turned 1. And I am now looking around for a full day childcare when she's turn two.
