summer:
Hi RRMummy, I keep my DD there is because it suits her characters. She is very active and has an inqusitive mind.
Hi summer, sounds like my DD1 too.summer:
I like what I hear so far, thanks for your feedback.Another reason is CO prepares the children for life and not only academically for the primary school. The K2 children are looking forward to their 3 days graduation camp (without mummy & daddy tagging along) at St John Island in September. You may aslo read some of my previous comments under the thread 'Creative O'.

Hi carolsoh, thank you for sharing your views about Town for Kids. :thankyou:
I did call up yesterday to find out more and like you say the program sounds good.. but from what I hear, I am a little hesitant on an all a/c environment... I'm planning to go down to have a look myself and hopefully see how the teachers handle the children and if they are generally happy...
Thanks again... :celebrate: -
RRMummy:
Hi,Hi All,
May I get some recommendation and comments from parents whose child are currently in childcare centers in Jurong West area?
TIA
Both my kids are in the CC at JW Ave 1, AGAPE. They joined the school since Feb 09. My girl previously from St Francis but found that academically, not very strong. PLus she had no routine or discipline to continue her day after school. Now that she is in CC, I realise she is more responsible and discipline in doing things.... :celebrate:
Both my kids look forward to attend school everyday and always talk about their teachers and things learnt in school... So far so good experience!
Take your time to scout around.... -

I only know that My First Skool is quite new and is under NTUC. Environment ok but not sure about the teachers there.
Good luck

Thanks arrody. i was there yesterday evening to take a look. not good impression though. the staff/teacher was arrogant and i think with her sulky face i doubt kids will like it. she didn;t even bother to stop and look at me to see wht i need. just that kind of \" we are full and do everything else on line; don't bother me!!!\" attitude. and it wasn't even at peak time.

anyway this kind of attitude puts me off; i can imagine when my kid have problems and i need to communicate, with tht kind of mentality it is tough.
just my personal experience. still looking around; very sad tht there are actually not enough schools in the west area- went to 3 and all on long waiting list for 2007 kids.
