This is so true! Also you will have vouchers given by DD. So at the end of the day, it is still better to buy on your own rather than go to the spree.

I did a rough comparison, shipping from DD and shipping using vpost from amazonUS actually does not differ much in terms of pricing and exchange rate. Except that the waiting time is far too long.

Bicky, I think you need to wait for another 1 more week. I placed order on end Mar, move out of China port on 2nd Apr and I just received the parcels on the 2 June. Based on the calculation, it took about 8.7 weeks for my batch of shipment. You can asked DD but I reckon DD will ask you to wait patiently.

From the comments like not bad. There are other colour series, think it's like those different grade readers. I like authors from other countries like Japan, Korea and Europe. Will study further.....

Maybe your ship makes more stop along the way so take longer. Like in my case, my oder which cleared custom on 5 May arrived but the one that cleared custom on 20 Apr is still somewhere out there . The only explanation I can think of is that their ship's routes.

Laughingcat, oh, you just received for your move out on 2 Apr? Ok cos my move out was 15 Apr, although my order was also placed end March but item move out only 2 weeks later. Ok, will continue to wait. Got too kan-cheong when I see so many mummies receiving the books. Actually, I still thought my books & DVD will reach me in time for school holiday!! Thanks ya !!
