Hi, thanks, but is this for me, newbie? Seems a little complicating to me. May I check what is 'improver', 'proofing' and 'shaping'?

Sorry, like I mentioned, I am a newbie in this, doesn't even bake much either, so really very green. 😓

Thank you WCW for the links.

But no no no no no, pls do not tempt me with this ok. I have quite a number of good machines at home and they ended up mostly white elephants. My hubby keeps chiding me that :\"We do not own a bank nor we print money ok!\"  :moneyflies:

After reading the forums about breadmaker. I decided to get one today. Bought my Zojirushi breadmaker at OG Orchard for $249 but you have to purchase $50 worth of any product to get that promo. Will try to bake a simple bread tomorrow with my kids. 🙏 Hope it turn out ok

hahaha... man can nv understand 🙂

Haha, but I think what he said was right too because it's really useless and a waste to invest in good machines and yet rarely use it. :moneyflies:

learned to make pizza... it was fun as i even get to learn how to make spaghetti sause which can be use in pizza too 😄

if u want healthy pizza, the base can be wholemeal like the one in the bottom right

                      Good morning 前辈s,

Using the z-machine, how to replace the dry milk powder with fresh milk? Is it increase the bread flour n replace the liquid to milk? If replace liquid, all the liquid or part of?? :?

How do you keep your already opened yeast? you can try testing the yeast before baking by following instructions given in the thread in few pages before

thanks. foudn the thread, method suggested by WCW
to test if yeast is fresh, put a bit in water, if the water is bubbling then it is fresh

i think better try it else waste the whole 3 hours plus of electricity
