2009 P1 Registration Exercise for 2010 In-Take

tonypang:
All primary will be open for registration from 8am to 11am and from 2.30pm to 4.30pm on each scheduled registration day.
Phase 2C is real battle to fight. On 31 Jul at 4pm would be the critical period where most parents would flow in to do last minute registration.
For those who intend to go ballot at Phase 2C, do ensure you have good backup plan in Phase 2C supplementary. If odds are really against you, you may want to target a higher confidence level at Phase 2C of your school choice.
Wish everyone good luck in Phase 2C. -
well said & advised titank!!
Good Luck to all registering in Phase 2C ! -

i think you got a good point. Affiliation to a good sec sch is definitely one of the factors that I am considering. Big fish in a small pond - good point as well. Thanks.St Marg's primary is so-so....whilst their sec is good....it's a good choice cos of affiliation....pri-sec-jc(SAJC)
The good thing about putting an above average kid in a so-so school is that she'll excel...big fish in a small pond...good for the morale.. -
Can I collect registration form from 3 different schools on the 1st day but only submit to the school of my choice on the very last day? And how many times am I allowed to do register and withdraw?

To avoid all the hassle of registering and withdrawing, why don't you monitor the registration situation and wait till the last day which is 31 Jul to register the school which you have shortlisted that gives you the highest % of getting in ? You may call up each school around 3pm to find out how many people register and the distance category, then you can make up yr mind.
Just my 2 cents worth. Other parents may have better suggestions. Anyway, good luck !
