Dear all,

May i know if any of the mummies/daddies here enrol their kid via Phase 2B through the SHHK ? if yes, care to share how many hours of volunteer that you have done to get the precious recommendation letter? Am registering for my son next year and am now freaking out as i have yet have any chance to clock the hours.. sigh..

You need to clock min 40hrs.

If you are registering for PV next year, I think the selection has been closed.

However if you are registering your DD for next year P1 and you haven't clock any hrs from July 2010 till now....you wasted a chance that many kiasu parents hope for since you are selected for PV in 2010.

Hmm..i didnt know in SHHK also need to clock 40hrs?? I thought only PV?
Sorry...miss the word SHHK....for tat, I no idea... 🤷

I am freaking out. so stressful. How long is the interview? Do they look at the parent’s qualification level?

My DD is P2 this yr.
She didn't have any homework most of the days. Even in P2 now, she is also having less homework.

There will be like at least 10 parents in the room. They will ask you to introduce yourself and what contribution you can give to the school for this 40hrs PV.

Depending on the time, maybe some short FAQ sections.

Stressful ? Yes, at least for us...
