      plum-cake:
by the way Its up to P6..

      Thank you.
      Hi plum-cake,
Thanks for letting us know what that Parents' guide is all about... :snuggles: saved me a trip to IMM.
Hubby told me about some $5 voucher at Popular Bras Basah...but I don't fancy the idea of going there...very much prefer IMM.

For parents who have kids in upper primary, that book won't be useful...we have been tried and tested by the schools' CA/SA. πŸ˜‰
It's better to go through the exam papers to have a real FEEL. Section B is a killer section...those 1-2 marks are not easy to get.

Yes, many key word to take note while dd is doing the PSLE Science Booklet.

Like cannot write The worm give out carbon dioxide..........

Have to answer like When the worm respire, they give out carbon dioxide.....
Key word like respire cannot be mssing otherwise mark will be dedcuted! πŸ˜“

Yes, KEYWORDS very important. BTW, I bought that Science guidebook yesterday...the tips provided at the back gave an insight regarding Science exam...if there are 3 marks for that question, then student has to write at least 3 points and 75% of the 3 lines provided. I was reading it when kids went swimming. Those KEYWORDS are IMPORTANT than any grandfather's story.
          Thanks for the recommendation :lovesite:

                  Hi Champion

This is the only guide book that I bought as it is not too thick and easier to digest.
