If you want to save time, then ask the shop to grind into powder n consume but not reccommended for very young children.

I was told a different version. Double boil is better but the entire cordycep must be eaten including the root. If you grind, you need to dry in the oven first so this changes the property of the cordycep. Anyway. I think grinding is really good for convenience.... I find double boil has another ingredient called mother's love..... :lol:bigsnoopy:

The medicine shop guy will put the powder into capsules for you...
