      she said to use them for boiling soup.
      ok will check it out... These days we've got all sorts of herbs in the medical hall... So confusing.

              ya, they are not actually flowers but fungi ... with the cap on top mayb look like flower, plus got spores --- like seeds, so medical hall staff called them flowers ??? :scratchhead:

                The price really gone rocket high over e yrs.

                I remembered when I was pregnant in 2007, it was only $200+ per Tael =37.5gram. Then throughout e 10 months it went up to $500. A year later it's $1000. Now I think nearly 2k? I should have bought more and invest haha.

                It's at EYS, Their pdts are more genuine (coz many medical halls sell fake Chinese med without even knowing it, many black-heart merchants in China)

                The most expensive ones are the 'wild' ones, from Tibet é’ęµ· I think. The ones I bot are from Nepal, I think they are cultured, hence price half of Tibet's.

                The staff from EYS told me if child has phlegm n cough, just double boil 4-5 pcs with 1 bowl water for 2 hrs will do. Adding meat will be too strong for toddlers.

                    oh....so \"cordyceps flowers\" are those what u had bot....is see....
                    i saw someone posted in the net that a relative bot it fr China,
                    and a packet of it costs $100 (suitable to boil for 4 times)....
                    hmm.....so hock hua one is much cheaper.....i might wanna to try šŸ˜„

                      for expensive tonic herbs, i also trust EYS more......
