      hihi..

need tips on using breadmaker to make dough for sweet bun.
somehow my bread is not as soft..
question: must i punch the dough after i take it out from bread machine after the dough cycle or i can just wrap it with fillings?
I was told to proof it in warm up oven for 20 min after wrapping it immediately..
      Thanks..

PS: i bought a Kenwood BM450 as thats the only big sized loaf available.. πŸ™‚

Thank you everyone. My DD has been phelgmy for a week and now that our family doctor is back from her holiday, we quickly brought DD to get more medicine and to see if she needed antibiotics.

Actually I have another breadmaker, a Morphy Richard brand. I used that machine to bake a few times but the bread turn out to be very dense and heavy. When OG had the promotion for the z machine, I was contemplating to get it. But wanted to give my old machine a chance to bake a decent loaf bread. Seems like the breadmaker decided to make its way for the z machine as the last time I used it, it didnt knead the dough at all! End up I had to knead the dough by hand and the bread didn't turn out well so I pai seh to post the picture. I am impressed with the user guide of the z machine. It is very clear. Oh... I am so bored with my work now and can't wait to fly home to bake πŸ˜„

Was surfing through the threads last night while nursing bb and dropped in here.

Was  while looking at the pics. Did not realise that the breadmaker machine is so useful and user friendly.

Really inspired me to make bread for the family.

This morning casually mentioned to my DH that I feel like making bread while preparing lunch.

My DH replied \"There are breadmaking machine in the market\"

I continued cooking, while washing up, I mentioned in passing again, I buy one hor πŸ˜„

DH replied, wait till next pay day.

:dancing: will get one on my allowance day :dancing:
