Ok, I come back to my own home lioa...finished running 2 errands, now taking a rest before I MIA again in around 20 minutes time

I just find that even you are having a bad day, you still need to put on a smiling face especially if you are in the customer service line :imanangel:
Actually I notice this particular branch counter service staffs have very poor service but I din complain cos I only visit them say maybe once in a blue moon :boogie: -

I work in Tanjong Pagar area and the few banks near my office's area - the service staffs are much better in their services! And I am talking about peak hour eg. lunch time between 11.00am - 2.30pm....
