Actually I notice this particular branch counter service staffs have very poor service but I din complain cos I only visit them say maybe once in a blue moon :boogie:

I work in Tanjong Pagar area and the few banks near my office's area - the service staffs are much better in their services! And I am talking about peak hour eg. lunch time between 11.00am - 2.30pm....
