Strong cigarette smell inside the HDB lift

It's really frustrating to enter a smoky HDB lift with a very strong cigarette smell. Maybe HDB should install a sytem similar to 'urine detector' to trap smokers smoking in the lift.

If there's more than one lifts, you can try the other one.

Last time, when dd was still very young, we decided not to go into the lift when the neighbour walked out cos the whole lift was very smoky. This ridiculous neighbour actually felt offended and became very hostile to me. It was only after he had the first grandchild then he realised that the smoke is very bad for the baby. Then he stopped smoking in the lift.
