              As I have mentioned earlier, at 2.30pm, the white board in the general office showed that the number of applications received between 1-2km and outside 2km were 6 & 5 respectively. Wonder if these applications were withdrawn by end of day. The MOE website has also indicated that the vacancy available under 2C is now 103 (I suppose my withdrawal has been updated). Good luck in the ballot to those who have applied.

                  Saw in the MOE website, one child had withdraw from Phase 1. So the available vacancy for Yew Tee is 118 instead of 117.

                  Final updates:
                  Unity 67 vacancies, 100 registration --> 67% (33 disappointed parent)
                  YT 118 vacancies, 145 registration -->81.4% (27 disappointed parent)
                  DLS 103 vacancies, 132 registration --> 78% (29 disappointed parent)

                    I have started my PV assignment with SV…

                    Few observations:
                    (1) Too many PV, but too few assignments.
                    Almost impossible to clock on average 4 hours/mth, to meet 40hours by June 2010.
                    (2) Have spoken to the other PV, and some of them are not Singaporean.
                    Guess there is no restriction on Phase 2B PV nationality…

                        Have an associate who PV @ SouthView last year, join their camping & the requirement @ 1 shot.

                        but this year, he went back to his old school (Nan Hua Primary) instead. Lucky for him as balloting is required even for P2B this year
