Wow, nice. So far, only made sweet buns, will attempt baking a loaf instead! Let me get the Pullman tin 1st -
Last night I bake cheese bread but it was not successful. The bread did not rise. Couldn’t really taste the cheese also. Sad. Luckily tonight’s chocolate bread turn out ok. I didn’t put chocolate chips though the recipe has.

I used the recipe for "Cheese & Onion" but i didnt add onions cos DH and the kids don’t like. the yeast should be ok leh cos yesterday I used it to bake the chocolate bread and the bread turn out well. Soft and fluffy. When I baked the cheese bread, during the kneading, I noticed that it wasn’t done properly like before. There were like 2 dough instead of one.

ok. maybe next time I double the amount of cheese. haha… after 4 days of baking different bread, DH is getting a bit sick of it so today no baking any loaf.

Have been reading the thread with great interest. Would like to know if any of you are using another breadmachine apart from the ‘z’. Liked the look of it but find it a bit too small for my family. Looking for something that will bake a 2lb loaf at least. Don’t have time to bake every day. Any advice? -

kenwood usually the price quite fix n no sales... but u can check those neighbourhood electric stores usually much cheaper

I weigh everything according to the measurements given in the recipe. Just didn't add the onion. -
