Is APP% the actual % the school is going to take in for that particular phase or they will actually take up more should the % of applications be higher?
APP% is the number of applicants vs. the number of available places for that phase.
So for eg. a school has 20 places left for phase 2C, and there were 25 registrants, the APP% is 25/20 x 100 = 125% -
Y nid to take leave on 27 Jul leh? hmm…
If there’s 3 days of registration, it doesn’t guarantee a plc in sch on first-come-first-serve basis right? So even if reg on last day I may even get a plc in sch right?
I tink i shld also take 5 Aug… lolz
Anyone can tell us, after we secured a plc in sch… is there other tings we need to do immediately like the next sch day or someting? Other den the sch books, uniforms, etc at the year end… -
27 Jul to submit registration, in case, missing documents, i have 2 days to run ard to sort it

29 Jul, to check with the school on how many parents are within 1km
is 5th Aug, compulsory? Yikes, i thought it is required if balloting is required -
Hello!
I’m one of those who will be registering my child in Phase 2A2 but may withdraw the place for another school in Phase 2B.
Anyone knows how much time is required to "de-register" at School A? Based on the advise from the thread, it seems to suggest that I should "de-register" from School A on the 2nd day (PM) of Phase 2B registration. Just wondering if I would have enough time to withdraw the application and make a fresh registration over at School B within that 2hrs timeframe for regsitration that afternoon.
Appreciate any advise pls! thanks! -

celtricia ,
APP = Number of Applicants versus available places for that Phase
may have >100% APP% for a single phase. in such cases, it is balloting time. -

Nothing for you to do, except :celebrate: .
Schools will send out letters with information like orientation, etc. later. -

withdrawal from system is almost immediate as the registration is operating on a central system (based on past experience) - that's why people suggests that if you need to do such, do so at the latter date of the registration phase and station one parent at each school.Hello!

however, best to check out with your registred school to confirm tht this system still applies now.also may must take into account queuing time if school is popular?
all the best. -
Daddy
I think KSP will be faster than the teletext or MOE website :lovesite:
Kissgurami:
today is the first day... so how do we get to see the registrants for the schools? on teletext or..?
Or just check back KSP at the end of the day... haha! -
