All under SHHK are very popular. Read the tread on the Clan of SHHK and you will know why. Lots of them trying to get in by clan as well as the PV.

For Phase 1 and Phase 2, there's no quota, so in theory, the only limit is the number of vacancies. For example last year for CHS, at the end of phase2, there were only 18 vacancies left for P2B and P2C. So each phase had 9 vacancies.
