I have checked the anderson web, those within 1 km, still safer. Only those within 1 to 2 Km, need to ballot unless within these two days, there are more applicants for within 1Km that exceed their available places.

There shd still be ample vacancies in phase 2C supp. There's no need to ballot in past year.

But tis year they reduce 1 class size. I cant stomach another round of ballotg

So you already went through 1 round of balloting? Which is your first choice school?

Shd be no need balloting for Townsville... according to the MOE website, they shd still hv 78 places under phase 2C supp. What is your distance to the school? If within 2km, think shdnt hv any problem. All the best!

Just wondering why there is no balloting for St. Nicholas though the number of applicants is more than the vacancies.

have recently spoken to Teck Ghee Pri VP. He was former VP from Anderson and we chatted for almost 1hr! Very nice guy and impressive about his plan on changing the current school to a better standard. Will consider this school. School environment is nice too as it is just 6yr old in new premises. Unfortunately from website, the school has the least CCA compared to the rest of the schools in AMK area. And no student care.

Because out of the 49 applicants, there are 37 who stay within 1km, which coincide with the number of vacancies available. Hence all these 37 get in, no balloting required. The rest all out.

i'm currently staying in wdlands. S my in law stays in amk,i've changed my ic add to amk too,due to some levy subsidise..my hubby's add is still in wdlands..am tinking of getting my gal(born 2004) into teck ghee pri..within 1km..anybody can tell me wat r e chances? :?:
