You should call up the school to find out if they are still accepting PV. For 2013, you need to register by Aug 2012. Usually, that means submission of PV will be at least 1 year earlier - 2011. For some popular school, application for PV will have closed in Mar - May 2011 latest. Not sure for Frontier Primary school. That's why you should call up the school quickly and arrange for PV if they accept. Good luck!

NYPS requires 80 hrs of service from their PV. I think their deadline and selection process is a lot earlier than other schools.

Normally a good idea. Unfortunately, Frontier doesn't start operation until next year, so there is no number for you to call since the office is not even ready.

Their website is still under construction: http://www.frontierpri.moe.edu.sg/ and the only contact available is not even an edu.sg email, but a gmail address [email protected]

PV can start any time but at least must be done in the preceeding 12 months prior to P1 registration
