Has anyone receive email from RI to go for Half Day Interview for DSA 2012 under Academic criteria? Not sure if RI has already started informing parents via email....

Is it true that some main steam students are going for RI DSA half day selection test this Sat (9 July) for Math domain?

Someone also mentioned that they will have to go to HCI Selection Test and RI half day selection test? So what is the outcome? Can RI or HCI postone the testdate?

HCI has sent out shortlist for 9 July test. I've not heard of anyone receiving any email on RI selection test on 9 July. Curious, has anyone received RI email and is there indeed a crash on the same dates?

Ya … I gave not received any email from RI. End of week, looks like next week will be another week of wait.

No news means no likelihood of crashing with the HCI one, supposed to be one week notice. Happy weekend to all you long neck parents!

But yesturday trex8 received notice from rgs and her dd interview is on 5/7 which is less then a week…

Does RI give a week’s notice? DS just told me Mon is Youth day sch hol. So, by the time they send email will be earliest Tue? If dates really crash, those poor parents and kids will be so stressed with such short timing to work out alternative (if there is alternative!)

That's what they said in their email reply to me when I enquired about my son's GAT date. However it may be for GAT only.
Anyway they sent out the notice 2 days earlier ie 9 days before in the end.

Hi vlim, no need to worry. RGS and RI DSA processes are different.


Seems like the first few interviews at RGS are for GEP kids. DD's classmates and I know of some girls from RGPS GEP are invited to interview sessions on 5 Jul (Tues).

BTW, for GEP kids, RGS asked them to bring along certified true copies of their Progress Reports (P5, Term 1 and 3, P6 Term 1) to the interview.
