If you project equally high take up at phase 2A...few spaces left for phase 2b and 2c...I'm thinking a ballot at 1-2km or worse, within 1km for phase 2b is likely this year...

About 110 app for P2A1 and P2A2 together so mayb left the most 40 places for P2B and P2C... means 20 each... This is my predict for this year...
