NHPS is in West Coast GRC after GE2011

my freinds told me that I could not use NHPS-P2B even NHPS currently within west coast GRC, I am staying in Teban Gardens as RC member. Could I try NHPS? my 2nd choice is fairfield or QIFA. Because there is not a school within 2KM around my HDB. Could Someone advise us?

Is Pei Tong better or Clementi Primary?

I will prefer Clementi PS.

Hi, im staying at Teban also. If u register this year then my ans is no, u cant try NHPS. Since u r RC member, then u try FMPS under P2B. Qifa as P2C and Fuhua as P2C Supp (coz Qifa will be balloting outside 2km).
