Hw high r chances for balloting for p2b at tao nan?can someone advise?still left 152 places.
Like all other previous years, 100% balloting for p2B.
Only question is whether it will be for those within 1km (like last year),
or for 1 - 2km (2008, 2009). -

I agree…and likely so for years to come unless they reduce their PVs drastically.

What’s the difference between Anglo Chinese Primary and Anglo Chinese Junior?
Anglo Chinese Primary had such a high take up rate at 74 registrations -
I will be registering only on the 2nd day of 2B. How do I find out before I register, the number of applicants who are staying <1km? Will the school reveal? I am thinking of Ai Tong. Does anyone know if it is difficult to get an answer from them or do they post the numbers on some public notice board for all to see as the applications come in?

Wow, quite surprise to see the takeup rate for KH is much faster than Taonan. I usually thought Taonan is of a more popular choice and should see a faster pace in Phase 1 and 2A(1)

hi fur-ma,
Ai Tong is a very popular school traditionally and they will be used to dishing out such information. Some school info pages may even list the applicants based on distance (not sure if AT does that). I would suggest to try the website to see if they did post; failing that, call them or better still, ask them at the registration centre.
Good luck! -

This is only 2A(1) - could be many ex-pupils etc don't have kids registering this year? it's a bit early to call. but if end up KH is more popular, my feel would be that parents are scared off by TN's registration history....and the consequence is that they aim for the 'easier' KH. -
