Kabby, yes he has quite balanced meal.. coz after his meals if the fruits delay a bit.. he will asked for his fruits.. if no fruits n bedtime.. he will niao tat we din give him fruits so he can't slp.. n go on n on.. :faint: -

BB Boy 22 Months (as of today ) - nap 1 hour each in the morning & afternoon.
DD2, 6 + years old (K2) - nap around an hour every afternoon.
DD1 - only has chance to nap on Sunday afternoon
