Duno whether to trust or not to trust... when my f maid came last May..told her no hp n no off day..she happily agreed..but after she came ...she told me she's has aunties n cousins in sin... less than 5 mths says want to meet up wif her cousin so tot of destress her let her go for three hours..after tat ask for 2 hrs to have lunch with her f friends nearby... out of concern I let her have hp in the 3 mth so she could contact her 2 yr old girl and two other kids at fili... end up she chit chat while we are not at home ...in april ask for off day due to my busy work schedule I rejected and in june asked again saying her aunty birthday..just need half a day..I was too kind hearted let her off from 1pm and told her to return b4 7pm she told me she will return at b4 6 but ended she reached home 7.45pm i totally lost trust in her..she started her chit chat session the very next day and even used her hp and went online to apply for a facebook by chance my eldest girl chance upon her hp and asked her she ignored my girl. she even took a photo of her in my mil room and load into the FB..I was so mad now thinking of sending her away...guess she sense it n have not been using her hp and was so hardworking even clean up layer of dust which she has not been doing so over last year... was thinking should i give her a chance... will she give me a chance to trust her???

Tell Her this Will be her Last Chance, Keep Her under Observation ....
Set Clear Boundary on What is totally not tolerated ....
If She Still Can't Toe the Line and Go Back to Her Old Ways, then u really gonna give her the sack .... -

Is your maid going to renew her contract for 2 years? Thought she is extending only for a few months till you find a new maid? -

there have 2 types. one is 14th months, one is 26 moths.. another is extension (given that u have bought from the same company before). u can get this either from scanwell(tenet) or ntuc. last time my maid agentcy got from tenet. but i find their price higher, but they allowed refund if u return ur maid within 60 ot 90 days. ntuc no refund. for this time, i will get from ntuc cos i wont worry abt return maid mah.

Yes, even work permit can be renewed yearly instead of 2 years.

I've done telephone interviews with maids in their home countries before picking them. It's no use. After they arrive, they told me that the agent was nearby them during the interviews and they are only allowed to say yes.
The service is quite normal loh, cos I had change many agency, and I thk this one reasonable price. If you complain about maid will also had counselling session. If some problems in delay on maid, they will help to get a temp helper. But I never accept la.
But their Biodata on maid always different one, so if you get maid from them double confirm yourself with maid. Tele-conference interview is better. I think to get maid is our own luck lo, so I am not particular on agent, but you must be careful when you sign the contract, like how many replacement, insurance all this better confirm, refund also must check properly. Hmmmm... found out on WP online that my current indo maid's permit was applied under a different agency name than what my agent had represented to me. Is this legal??? The agency they used while talking to me had demerit points, whereas this new agency name didn't. Am not feeling good about this...
Am returning my maid tomorrow!! FINALLY!!! -
