I went balloting last yr. The school called us to inform us of the need to ballot. I think the call was a day after last day of P2C. Balloting was a week later. You can go to the school to witness the balloting. Gd luck to you.

Thanks lintai! I always wondered how the balloting was conducted or how parents were notified. šŸ˜“

Your reply kind of clears the mystery šŸ˜„

Yes, we were called up the day after last day of registration to be informed of balleting. In fact, on the last day of registration, before closing hour, some schools would call those whom would not even have chance of balloting (out of the balloting category), giving them a chance to withdraw and register in another school.

if you know the school you're working on and where it stands in phase 2A its easy to work the probability of having ballot at phase 2b and the distance the ballot will fall under..

Which sch r u aiming under P2B? ATS, CHS, TNS, MGS or St Nick?
I think only these few sch will ballot within 1km under P2B.
Btw BPPS maybe ballot within 2km under P2B...
As there are 72 PV for 2005 batch.
It will be the 1st time balloting in P2B.
Hope it will not come true.

My hubby is the ex student of the pri school, however he may not be able to come along with me for DD registration under 2A2 on mon. Is it ok? Must both parent be present? If not, need his Letter of Authority?

It is okay if your hubby can't make it but make sure you have the following documents plus his report book (from that Primary School) ?PSLE cert showing issued by that school.
