The thread is moving so fast because of P1 reg. It will continue to speed during P1 orientation and first term ba......
Yeah! I also think so especially we have many llls parents here. -

Well, methods sound interesting but not sure if it is effective. Think they are trying to follow the angmoh way.
Since in the system just work with it. I'm from the old school. I believe for languages, need to read good books regularly.

I am for one not in favor of the STELLAR program! :nunchuk: Still prefers the traditional way of having a textbook to follow thru the syallabus! :imcool:bigsnoopy:

From your observation, is your child not benefitting from the program or is it because as parents we have no basis to revise with our kids? -

:hi5: same here. Unless the story books they r teaching is very structured and swing towards following syallabus step by step. Agreed on the need to read books regularly but using story books to teach, I am a bit :skeptical: . -

For me - I feel it is more of the later - i have no basis of what to revise and at times can be very :frustrated: when I sit down to do EL revision with my DD1

HaloCastle House, Picolo, bigsnoopy,
are your kids now in traditional kindergarten or montessori pre-school ?
I am home. Hehe, seem like going to rain soon.

Not prejudice but I have constantly being finding around what is being taught in other schools for my DD1's P3 level and feedback to the EL HOD for reference. The result? :stompfeet:

In the Stellar link, there are resources for parents and kids. Maybe you can use those?
