emmm...if I am very sure that one of them is the best ...then I wouldn't want to do such sacrifice on my the other kid...
i think that is enough evidence of healthy rivalry.... :rotflmao: :rotflmao:verykiasu2010:

and now is still the aftermath??...
...hope the volcano will not erupt again... ...
but smell alot of chow da smoke over the 'RI OR HCI' thread ..
:siam:
i know of a few families that deliberately put one son in RI and the other son in HCI .... too bad I do not have another DS .....else do the same....best of both worlds
[/quote]Actually, to me, the \"Best\" school is the one that suits the kid and the kid fits in and enjoy school life there. No point sending kid to the \"top\" school that produces \"lots of top students\", but kid is not one of them and struggling in there. Better to have a confident kid who grow up to be a confident adult, than to have a demoralised kid that feels he is always at the bottom of the cohort and not up to par!

they are two best schools .....
but I hope my ds can attend both schools at the same time
......then it is consider as having the best of both world...right vk2010! :rotflmao: -

So what if you're in a top school and struggling there? What do you get out of it? Parents' bragging rights? :skeptical: -
vlim:
In the past there were students from RI but did not want to miss HCJC did a switch in their last two years. That was before RI integrate with RJC.
