why suddenly South View become so hot and popular this yr ?

South View has been popular since at least 2 years ago.

Remember there was one school where the principal took in many, many PVs, and ended up with balloting in P2B 2 years ago? The news was in the papers. The school was South View.

Oh i remember. The news was on TV if i'm not wrong.

I wonder, will those 38 family who did PV at SV will need to go thru ballot again at phase 2B

The school only accepted 15 PVs so as long as phase 2A2 end with 30 or more vacancies, there’s no need to ballot for phase 2B.
