aftermath of a party hosted for my wife's best friend. Didn't take the \"before\" pics as i didn't wanna be seen as a weirdo who takes photos of food LOL
erm, isn't it more weird to be taking photos of dirty dishes and chicken bones? :?

I do like to watch cooking shows.. Nigella is certainly one of them... Used to like to watch Jamie Oliver but find his prog not so interesting now when they still air them on cable

Nigella is real hot...i'm in the process of turning my wife into one. The cheesecake and tiramisu i made, she put on half a kilo LOL

my wife keeps complaining i'm a \"disaster\" and she'll have to shop for plus-size clothes at Marks and Spencer's, just like Nigella probably does hahahaha

PS nolah my wife doesn't support me, i work part-time at home. My pay is her's, her pay is also her's hehehe

Yeah... I like her desserts... Nigella obviously has a sweet tooth and she loves snackin' kekeke ... Wow 可δ»₯θΏ›εŽ¨ζˆΏθ΅°ε‡ΊεŽ…ε ‚ηš„η”·δΊΊ ! ... Errr I got it right I hope πŸ˜›

Well, you sure look like a very good cook there, skunk! In my household, I'm the one who have to do it if we want homecooked food. Your wifey's one lucky gal! wah, got chicken soup some more

Parmesan cheese is a great idea. Thanks.

Yes, I do add in spicy italian sausages or garlic pork weiners if we are hving it as a main. I served the salad chilled, with the sausages piping from the oven grill. Love it with a glass of lightly chilled Merlot, the Aussie brand Yellowtail is affordable and pretty constantly good for any year.

                :celebrate:

made Wholemeal Bread this time. Nice, soft and fragrant πŸ™‚

Wifey had craving for pork porridge, so i cooked up a feast, boiling pork stock using bones, then using the stock to cook the porridge. I grilled luncheon meat and fish cake, stir-fried spinach with oyster sauce, made pork balls, she loved 'em πŸ™‚

Hiya skunk, nice spread. Seems like you are fast becoming Nigel of Singapore πŸ˜‰ for us here. Me noticed that you like luncheon meat lots. Got to go easy on them for your preggy wifey. Luncheon meat contains preservatives and full of saturated fats, not too healthy for her. Try making otah with a mixture of fish and prawn, these are good for her, similar texture. When I m lazy to blend curry paste, I use Asian Gourmet Red curry mix. Just nice for otah, not too spicy.

                        :celebrate:
