      Least all who did PV can get into SV and like those who stay less than 1km and did not do PV still get a chance to ballot to get in

        not really in this case, if i m not wrong the 36 seats will be divided into 2 between P2B and P2C, that's mean only 18 seats available for P2B. Furthermore P2B open for those CC members also. Correct me if i am wrong

          Yes you are absolutely correct. 18 seats each under phase 2B and phase 2C. If there are 3 or less Grassroots Leaders or applicants who missed the earlier phases and applying under phase 2B, then all the PVs will be in. Otherwise, there will be balloting.

              I know there was 38 PV but 100+ applicants. But someone says it turn out to be only 15 PV manage to grt in. So how many PV for SV this year? :scratchhead:

                There are 15 PVs for this year's Phase 2B.

                    Just to check. For students in primary one they do not have examinations through out the year or it depends on school? If no examination, how do we know how our child perform?

                      Although they don't have exams, there will be assessments (aka tests). Performance will be evaluated based on qualitative factors, and ranked according whether the child meets expectation or not.
