Hi fluffie, for beginners, their flow are heavy, its quite common. She can try try those extra long night use, Lauria 34 cm for day and night use on the first few heavy flow days. You can also buy those panties that have a \"plastic\" lining to prevent overflow stain. Another method you could try to put on her bed, those baby plastic mat (we use to put on babies' bed to minimise wetting). Cover with a thin towel because the plastic mat can feel quite cold if sleeping in air con room. Hope this help.

You can try CK department stall or Metro ... My mum bought from CK department stall at Chinatown there.

Like to add on to daisyt, you can get bed liners from pharmacies like Guardian/Unity. Its those that they use in hospitals after you deliver or when they are doing dressing of wounds/etc. If you are comfortable with her using a tampon, just use it with the xtra long maxi pads.


If the menses is heavy as well as very painful accompanied by nausea, vomiting, dizzy spells, particularly just prior to or during the period or after, should see a gynae to rule out Endometriosis.

can try to get this brand \"impression\". available at major department stores.my DD currently is using it, washes stains off easily.Just ask the salesgirl, she will know.

My daughter is 10 this year and I have a feeling her period is going to start any time. I let her try on the panty liner the other day as practice and she complained that it is too big. Just wondering is there a smaller version of sanitary pads for young girls ?

Wat brand of panty liner did u buy for ur dd? Maybe u can try panty liners such as carefree, sofy… tho’ i find them really small and thin.
