Did all our kids attend a course together ? How come they seem to say the same thing ? :scratchhead:
During the June hols, we watched CLIF police show (I'm crazy over Qi Yu Wu)...during intervals, I will run to the kitchen to hang up wet laundry and just before the show starts again, they will be screaming to me when the coffee ad (sponsor) is being shown.

Yep, the course name is TV programme and they learn the TV language there  😆

After calling my DD1 so many times but still no answer from her, then I'll hear my DD2 saying \"Jie-jie went inside the TV already\" :stupid:

I'm sure TV exam 100% no careless mistakes!! :frustrated:

        Funz:
Evening no time for TV. The kids prefer to be at the playground, so they get 30mins at the playground before dinner. Thereafter, it is dinner, piano, homework(if any), tingxie & spelling revisions, a bit of R&R time and time for bed liao.

At times they will turn on the TV but most times they will be engaged in one 'project' or another. Maybe it's also because DH and I don't have the habit of turning on the TV.
There is no time to turn on the TV at all.
Afternoons they take shower, lunch and do hw.
Evenings...they have nap, dinner and shower.
        Nights...they finish up school hw.

          Basically no TV everyday.

If there’s certain nice cartoon or movie on weekends, I will shortlist for them to watch if they’re interested

There is no TV especially on weekdays. However, if homework is done for the day (rare occasions) and there is 'Animal Night', I allow kids to watch.

Hehe, my dd has no patience to sit through le. Brought her for movies sometimes & in middle of screening she said she's ready to leave :slapshead:

Anyway also too busy to watch TV since she's in afternoon session. After dinner, it's playtime with her elder sis and then practise piano. Morning she usually wakes up late, only have time for school homework then needs to get ready for school. Weekends got 4 enrichment classes. The rest of her spare time she reads storybooks

Surprisingly my dd likes 偶像剧. Every Monday morning I will watch taiwan 偶像剧 because Taiwan aired the latest episode the night before so it's available online early Monday morning. I tried to wake up before her to watch because once she woke up & saw me watching, she would glue herself to the screen too 😂

When daughter first started P1 this year, she told me her classmates watch 爱 !!! :yikes: I was like, \"what ? P1s watching 爱!\" That lengthy drama is for the elderly people passing time or 'dinner company'. I stopped her from watching it...has no educational value for kids.
