Butter really improves the taste of sandwich, but of cos , it's not good for our waistline. Maybe to reduce the guilt level, add some lettuce or thinly-sliced cucumber to the sandwich. Can sprinkle some parsley on it too, beautiful colour and great smell. Now your sandwich is so thick it's hard to hold it up.
Egg, mayo, thick butter and pepper.....YUMMY :love: love it.
But Yummy = Big Tummy also.

But I hardly get a chance to eat it these days coz my mum has stopped making it. Time for me to learn and make my own... -
Used to steam the bread and then put a thick slice of butter to melt on it, heavenly.
Also would like to put butter and sprinkle some sugar :love: -

Looks like I'd better start looking for a blender soon so that I can learn to make hae bee hiam... Drooling now as I think of putting a full tablespoonful of it on white bread... :drool: :drool:
