See that doctor. Just because you are feeling well doesn’t mean you are well. Have a tendency toward denial? Don’t ignore things like black stools, vision loss, or chest pain. Unfortunately, men have a tendency to do just that.

When you’re tired and need a lift, coffee isn’t the only drink you can turn to. Have a club soda with lime. The carbonation and aroma will energize you.

How was your Easter weekend? For some it is a religious celebration and for others it's a time to celebrate spring imagery with bunnies and decorated eggs. With the global pandemic, we may not have been able to spend Easter the same way as in previous years,https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ but we hope everyone stays safe and healthy in hopes for a more eventful Easter next year!

Today's blog is (unsurprisingly) about BPH. BPH stands for benign prostatic hyerplasia, and it's a common prostate enlargement condition that may come with frequent urination, poor urinary flow, and other bladder related symptoms due to the anatomic proximity of prostate and bladder. This condition is more likely to affect men in older age, but you may not have heard of it unless you or someone you know was diagnosed by a doctor.

Do you know what are the most common cancers among men in Singapore? According to the National Cancer Centre of Singapore, colorectal, lung and prostate cancer were the top ranked cancers among the male resident population. So I would say that doing regular health checks are really important as you grow older. Lifestyle habits are also equally important in preventing the development of cancer.

However, getting cancer is also not the end of the world with proper care and treatment, cancer warriors can improve the quality of their life and reduce their suffering.

I’m Tracy from Oriental Remedies Group, one of the few Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) healthcare providers in Singapore that specialises in cancer support.

We believe in using a combination of traditional medicine with modern medical technology to enhance the efficacy of our cancer support treatments.

My company will be hosting an upcoming FREE webinar about cancer support this Saturday afternoon (30May20).
Our Physicians will be sharing tips on how cancer warriors can strengthen their immunity using TCM. They will be talking about natural herbs that cancer warriors can include alongside their diet as well as DIY acupressure points that they can massage in the convenience of their homes.

If you know anyone fighting cancer, share this with them! TCM can help you in the battle.

With the right kind of food intake + exercise, you surely will reach your goals. Adding the right kind of mindset~

WillKris20, do you follow a weekly meal plan or something?

The usual suspects are alcohol, smoking, sugar, salt, red meat, flour, oil fried. I can go on more but it will be no life for some. This is just diet alone.

As we aged, we need to cut down on sodium, caffeine and also eat more greens.

Not to mention you need to check the blood pressure.
