      \"her shou wu\"

      :?

Or you find it in liquid form called \"shou wu zhi\" (首乌汁). I remember my mom saying the reason why at her age, she still has more black hair than her peers is because of this. She said that when she was growing up, the soup served at mealtimes will always look black cos this \"tonic\" was added.

Having white hair may also mean that the hair isn't nourished enough cos white hair looks dry and rough. So maybe, a kinder shampoo and more moisturising conditioner?

May i ride on this thread? My P6 dd’s hair is thin, limp and little. I think this is genetic because both parents do not have crowning glory…but i wonder whether there is any home remedy that will help to make her grow more hair? She takes cod liver oil too.

          何首乌...chinese medicine.

Now can find in several brands of shampoo...including the one with Jackie Chan in the ad. But no comments on the effectiveness.

can we change the topic to 'Hair Problems' instead of 'Hair Loss Problems'?

while i don't actually have hair loss problems, i have a lot of grey/white hair. looking at some 'mi fang' (secret formula) or diet recommendation to 'blacken' my hair without dyeing my hair.

            anyone?
            Hi,

                  Hi Jav,

Did they ask u to buy this and buy that? My hubby is not in favour of me seeking western treatment, and keep asking me to see TCM doctors. Seems like your recommendation is "natural" enough for me to consider.

                  Cheers.

                    Hi Rio,

No worries. I husband has started treatment at this place. Go into the website and bee Choo's number is also listed there for you to call her peresonally. They use the same herbs for treatment of hair loss as well as white hair. It's like a normal hair salon. Just go in, get a hair wash and steam. After that, they will leave the herb paste on for about 25 minutes and then you wash it off. It's only $25 to $50 per visit. No package at all. Be prepared for an orange mark around your head though.

                        Just share my experince.

Maybe you can try to visit \"Bee Choo Herbal Hair Treatment\", the price quite reasonable (about $30~$40 for female, $25 for male)

                        http://www.beechoohair.com

I am happy with it just sometimes need to wait quite long hours if you visit ang mo kio outlet. But then that is the only outlet I visited before, they going to open another brand at Woodlands on November 09, yipeeeeeeeee... 🙏

I visted a famuos hair loss treatment centre, spent over $5k plus :stupid: also no improvement and they will keep ask to sign up another treatment package once your current package still left about 3~4 times. (1 treatment package is 10 times which cost about $1k~$2 plus )
and they can earn commission from there... :stupid:
